Huawei mobile flashing problem

Today Huawei two mobile g730-u10 and g610-u10 comes with monkey virus problem and luckely i have these firmware both sptool and sd card update firmware. Let's come to the point first i had tried to flash g610-u10 to sp flash tool as press download tab in tool in insert usb cable in mobile sp tool showed red line but after give 2004 error then i desided to flash after update.app file keep in dload folder to sd card try to recovery mode and select update firmware from sd card but dload folder not showing there. I could not repair mobile.
After hardky two hours later another Huawei g730-u10 mobile came with same problem and i had tried same ways but this mobile also not solve .
Is this bootloader problem ? Or anything else ?
Where was problem ?
If bootloader problem how i can unlock bootloader ?

now mobile not in my hand, next time i will try untick preloader boot option , but still thing moving in mind that mobile had not flash with sd card also even dolad folder not showing.

why ?

Not work for me. try to flash g730-u10 but show this error -

S_BROM_DOWNLOAD_DA_FAIL (2004)

first open sptool and select file after 30 sec connect phone without bt after connect put bt try this method br,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

this is also not work and i wrote in thread that dload folder show but unable update to sd card also.

1)Run as administrator the SP_Flash_Tool (version V3.1324.0)

2)Right click on the SP_Flash_Tool >>> Properties >>> Compatibility >>> Compatibility mode >>> select Windowz xp (service pack 3)

Without "PRELOADER" and "XP MODE" settings.
Its worked, like a CHARM

error 2004 means that you have H/W problem baseband or internal emmc _ sram failure !!

maybe we need testpoint for this device..

not in everytime.. 2004 error is security error.. this mean device has some lock..
