i disagree, just need the right firmware for the device to boot into safe mode.

try firmware 9.1.0.215. once flash boot phone into recovery mode then hard reset device and boot into safe mode. once phone boot up you should be able to go into setting reset all setting restart phone then factory reset device from settings menu, FRP done.
