Faced with that kind of error,

Don't remember 100% but in mine case i think was hardware.. As i say not 100% sure but at least 80% it was hardware in mine case.

take 4gb sd card and send dload file the sd card. turn off phone put the sd card after that connect data cable and press volume up and down until system installing update appear.

Ive tried 5 different Y530-U051 firmware using the memcard and dload. All return error. Any help is apreciated

Sometimes can be bad quality of SD Card , Recommended 1 good genuine SD card for our JOB.

1 Time i changed 7-8 sd card and i was unable to flash.
Used nokia 2GB genuine SDCard flashed OK.

I am not saying that is solution , but using genuine sd card can help us allot on other SD Card Flashing too.

Dude u can make testpoint and flash it with qfil or other qullcomm flashers

Probably your bootloader is locked , make request at huawei or search google to unlock bootloader 1st
