Huawei y541-u02 emergency calls only. Help me

Hello guys. I flashed the phone. It flashed fine, have imei numbers and baseband but when I put sim cards it write me emergency calls only

Please help me

I solved the problem. I flashed the version: Y541-U02V100R001C479B106 and everything works fine

i have Y541 it always shows emegency calls only.i had unlocke also in SPD cm2
but no seccuss
