Need help with Huawei Y511-U30 software prb

Hello,

Huawei Y511-U30 with many message on the screen :
-the process google.process.gapps has stopped unexpectedly
-the process google.play has stopped unexpectedly
-the process launcher has stopped unexpectedly

and many many other process stop working.

So i try to wipe the phone with hard reset (wipe cache and wipe User Data) = prb not solved the phone reboot with some message and nothing change all applications and configurations still the same.

I try to flash the phone with SP Flash Tool and original stock ROM = nothing change on phone same configuration and application like i don't never flash it .


Try to update with sd card with file update.zip nothing happened.



So if you have any solution help me thx.

i am not sure but seems like your emmc chip is on read only mode ... emmc chip needs to be changed. otherwise you can flash gaaps using custom recovery according to your android version it worth a try before changing the emmc chip.
