asansam dongle to hua

i cant connect to the server am getting this error every time i try to connect Step 1) Collecting Registration Data... OK
Step 2) Retriving Card Information... OK
Step 3) Connecting to Activation Server... Fail!
Network Problem - [The attempt to connect timed out]
