Infinity/CM2 dongle Activated with HUA tool ,

SMART CARD FAILURE I(4) when i open all hua tool.

all cm2 tool is working/running except all hua tool, PLS HELP.

tried to update in dongle manager but still the same problem.

PS.
if it is in the wrong section,kindly move...TIA
