Do I also need to buy credit for hua tool unlocking? I have best dongle and I intend to buy and install hua tool software on it----only if I don't need to buy credit for each unlocking ----due to high prices for unlocks....

Hi, I buy yesterday activation for infinity box for HUA tool thru gsmserver and I received a message that it was done, so I used infinity dongle manager to update the dongle and it supposely activate the hua tool but when I open the hua software it opens the dongle manager and I get the following

Finding Smart-Card Type... DONE Infinity Team [C5034996]
Checking Card is Healthy or Not...
Secure Connecting to Card... OK
Testing Card (1/2)... PASS
Testing Card (2/2)... PASS
Connecting to Server... OK
Sending Identify Request... OK
Waiting for Answer... OK
Dongle SN: C5034996 Not Exist in our Database!
Disconnect from Server... OK

what should I do?

Hi,
Activation for your Infinity-Box.Dongle was completed well today.
It looks like there is a small issue for today with Hua siftware or with Hua server but it should be fixed or explained by Hua team in a short time.

Let's hope Hua supporters will provide the solution very fast.
