I have the same problem.
I can not make it work asansam.

hua dongle works, but not asansam box.

and tried all the solutions and none of them work.

as you may not have support?

160 credits asansam box.

check by other smart card reader

where the driver of the box ??????????
all do not work.
and there is no support site, which I can come and download drivers.
there is nothing.

please see section again !!!!!!
all users fixed by unistall/install driver or change reader

-there is mising support access
