Everything I have tried so far hasn't worked.

Procedure I used..

1.Root with KingoRoot
2.. Backup .Xqcn with QPST
3. Backup security with Hua Tool 2.8.8
Qualcomm - Qualcomm Android-Read Security
4. Reset Security
5.Qualcomm - Unlock/Imei/Service - Generic Unlock - Advance unlock w/o Root
6. Restore .Xqcn with QPST
