if my complain cannot be sove by hua team then who will do. i complain of dongle not opening and show Run-time Error 9 subcript out of range after last update but still not solve

hello every one.
regarding the hua infinity error 9. the problem is when you install new setup,it removes the old setup together with the licence file from where its being stored. so the new setup does not give u the registration dialogue box which helps you to restore or re strive your licence file again. the solution needed is the way of recovering the licence file. other than that there is no solution.

the hua infinity team needs to work on this . hopefully my solution wil lbe of great help.
