Hello, i am a new user, i am trying to remove the Ac**** but no success , if i try to read phone info or reset Mi account using EDL cable the software dont detect the phone, but when i plug the phone in computer the computer detect. With other tool i could comunicate with phone without problem this mean cable is ok, and drivers too. log:

but dont have wifi, if i try activate wifi, past few second automaticaly deactivate. How to solve ?

How to Remove MI ACCOUNT BY HMI?

1. Enter Phone To Fastboot(NEED UNLOCK BOOTLOADER) or EDL mode (NEED 9008 PORT)
2. Open HMI.EXE and Goto Service Tab
3. Press Reset Mi Account and select Method 1 OR 2 OR 3
-If phone locked still or Wifi not working or Hang on Logo, please do UNLOCK SCREEN LOCK(sideload mode if phone dont have Wipe on recovery)or Write Dump or write fix patch wifi file to fix problem.
-If phone auto relock after online, please use "method4" or write full dump on phone to fix problem.

I have new firmware, I have removed my account , phone work but when connect to WiFi phone relock, please provide old supported firmware to flash phone using your software.

-Reset Mi account by one click or patch file again
-Use method4 When phone is completely ON
-connect to Internet and add Mi Account.

Have flashed with firmware V8.1.1.0 , phone powered normaly , next i put phone in EDL mode, i have used the Method 1 , but when phone restart the phone crash at startup , crash with MI in screen.

I realy sugest you to create a full video, where is possible to see a locked phone, and all operations to remove MI account. I have tryed many ways and all results is negative. The best result i have is, i have remove account, but when i connect to internet the phone relocks.
One more think , if i dont have the account details i dont see a way to unlock bootloader, but i want more informations how to do that.
