Would Anyone explain how to repair "unknown Basband" Redmi Note3 pro by HMI tool please

when i enter this code its show nothing

solution 1 :
root phone and then enable diag port by HMI
Press repair invalid imei after enable diag port(you can repair any imei after fix)
write qcn
done

Solution 2 :
connect phone to 9008 mode
read security(edl) from good phone by hmi
write seuritty(edl) on null phone
done
