I have noticed on the card info, the EEPROM is empty.

What "EEPROM is empty" means ?
Where is this text ?

Also please in future do not make any screenshot. Just use Copy+C and Copy+V to copy/paste text from software.

You have FT SCR2000 Card-Reader.
This Card-reader type may have problems in some cases.
Do you have another Card-Reader type ?

If you have seen any kind of warnings reported by CardID software its not important. CardID is an universal software and it may try to read data from card that is not exist in your card type.

I was on Win8.1 PC..
-I properly installed unsigned drivers.

I also tried on Win7 newly formatted PC.
-Disabled signiture enforcement and installed drivers properly.

BEST software works well, so, I don't think it's a driver issue.

e-gate Card-Reader can not be used with your Smart-Card due to its a reader just for e-gate Smart-Card (but you have another type Card)

EMV reader - what was the error with EMV reader after you run Hua ?

F.e. FT SCR2000 card-redaer can works with BEST well in most cases for ordinary operations, but in some case it may be a problem with smart-card update process (and problem gone only after you install Drivers from our site).
So I thought it may be a dribvers/reader issue with Hua also.

Please make this now:
1. Insert Smart-card into FT SCR2000 reder, run Hua.
2. Insert Card into EMV reader and run Hua.
What is the result for both readers ? (need to know errorcode or any other error message).

I remember sometime on year 2008, because of my negligence, I ran my Infinity box while the network-over-usb software is running and my card was blocked.
Dongle Manager card update revives my card.

This is what I want to ask if possible in Infinity BEST card.

Hopefully this procedure will resolve the issue.

I'm already at home, tomorrow I will give a report.. thanks everyone.
