Error 403 means that the server has denied you access.

So it depends on the reason why the server denied your access

you have to specify the “app/webite” that is giving you such an error.

The issue is the nand needs to be formatted. Removal of the nand with navipro machine is required for this repair. Microsoldering skills needed to. Unless you have some personal attachment to this phone.

4013 Error in PCie Nand devices such as 6s/6s+/7/7+/5se is not always due to Nand.

4013 Error is also caused due to short in Baseband section.

If you are unable to repair it even after changing the Nand then you need to check the baseband.

Hope that helps.
