is it possible get the password from activated and working iphone if the icloud password was forgotten?

No, only way would be bruteforce but you would need the entire icloud email address for that, even there it would just be a waste of time and money, other alternative is fishing of course but if you have no information on the iCloud you can't.

Yes it is possible. explore the keychain in elcomsoft and look for password. If jailbroken you can get password via ifile.

No what I was talking about was the iCloud information, you cannot find the passWORD of the iCloud account.

If all he needs is the "passCODE" then yes, very easy to do, you can do it via software or purchase a MFC dongle, however bare in mind not to restore the phone because then you will need the full iCloud information to get through activation.
