This Error is caused by: Short in LCD
Short in Touch ID
Short in Flex Cable of Touch ID Or Display


So you need to replace a original parts and try, it fixes.
You need to change whole set of flex cable set.

I fixed two mobiles by following this method.:p

Changing the long flex attached to the lcd shield has fixed this problem for me 99% of the time when the error has occurred as a result of changing the lcd
