I had a iphone6 plus with 4013 error.I programmed the nand and fix restore complete by 3u tool but after clean flash complete the iphone stuck on blank screen any solution.

change again nand ic if not try change charging ic.

restore in dfu mode if still same problem

reheat nand ic and baseband ic
