Member: 2861866 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 71 | To be brutally honest, you won't be able to get much out of Apple in regards to this. In order to remove the Activation lock without using their login information, you'd have to go to an Apple Store with the proof of purchase (With the device serial number) from Apple or a carrier. However, if the device was actually placed into lost mode, even Apple can't remove the activation lock at that point. A device placed in lost mode can only have lost mode removed by signing into the locked Apple ID and manually turning off lost mode. |
