Help: iPhone 6 Plus - No Bluetooth, but WiFi works

I have an iPhone 6 Plus which had both fully working Wifi and Bluetooth a few weeks ago. Now the Bluetooth totally doesn't seem to be working and the wifi is weaker than what it used to be. The following is what I've tried.

1. Changed all Antenna Cables off a known good known working 6 Plus (2ghz/5ghz/Main/inc. the NFC).

2. Change the housing for a good known working housing.

3. DFU Restore 2x

4. Reflow of the Wifi IC.

What else could it be? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've read that you shouldn't need to change the WiFi IC if it isn't greyed out.

Any solutions?
