Brother I heard there is one app that can remove icloud if the phone is in the menu working condition but just got icloud id and can't be sign out so that app can remove the id from the phone I don't believe it but want to ask whether it's true ?

For Pascode youll need it to restore since its not yours and for sure you dont have backup.
