hi i have a problem with i phone 6s its discharging the fully charged battery
with in 4 hour..i change battery and u4500(u2) no water damage..any body can help thank u...

If you have updated to IOS 11.3, then your stuck, that verion has created many bugs and issues with Iphone 6 and 6S

Got the same issue, Already tested with 3 different Batteries - no luck.

Instant Consumption of 220~250 mAh with screen on, on full battery, no background services.

Instant Consumption 140~170 mAh all the same BUT with screen OFF.

Full charge of battery goes away in 4/5 Hrs, with the phone in stand by.

If using phone, its drains around 1% each 2 minutes.
Compass works fine, Wifi ok.
Camera OK. Original LCD and the rest of extra components tested, all new and original, the phone was damaged , cracked screen and main camera.

In airplane mode - battery drains the same.
What should I test next?

Remove the battery from the iphone and plug charger maybe it will show Apple
If the iphone show Apple without no battery that means is the battery
And if it does not show that means is the u2 ic

Common problem is failure of U2 IC chip.
To test it you can use thermal camera or freezer spray. When you spray freezer, let it cool down and connect AC voltage 4.2V on and you will see U2 highlights itself. Hope it helps!

There are have some reasons for iPhone battery discharging fast below:
1. Battery cable poorly connected with the connector
2. Logic board electricity leakage
3. Excessive running apps

change U2 ic solve your problem. tested by me many time...

Connect battery alone and check there is heat or not in the rf area with out power on if their is hot Replace U5200RF your issue will solve
