you still got same error when flashed it lastest itunes and ios 12.2, i haven't seen dat before

error 3194 is as a result of expired or corrupted ios file or poor network or bad usb cable...observe these things please.

Hi! error 3194 10% is battery problem, 90% is nand ic problem.
