iPhone 6, 5 not activated with apple id.

Hello.

I have 2 iPhone here one iPhone 6 and one iPhone 6 but i cant activated with itunes, or with wifi and i know icloud, only show me:

Your iPhone could not be activated because the activation server cannot be reached. Try connecting you iPhone to iTunes to activate it, or try again in a few minutes.
If this problem persists, contact Apple Support at apple.com/uk/support

Does anyone have any solution for this problem, and if yes how to solve this?

Many thanks.
Syri

sound like your iPhone has upgraded or replaced NAND by someone before.
You can check wifi & BT by iMEI, then reprogram NAND.

its not that mean. 1 device has specific imei and wifi & bt address. those combine must be correct. if not, apple don't let you activate.
