iTunes error 4013 of iPhone 7/7 Plus may be caused by a lot of reasons. Pseudo soldering of chips, damage of CUP, power supply of PMU etc.

bro first check BATTERY_SWI_CONN way diode mode...
and around the battery conecter small compounds...
other wise change u1401 and u2 i hope u r problem will solve....
iphone 6 and 6s i solve this way.....
bro keep restarting coming with nand also.....
