iPhone 6+ bootloop

I have an iPhone 6+ which is recognised by iTunes and then randomly disconnects, stuck in bootloop normal and connects to iTunes in restore mode but will not restore giving error 4013.

As there is erratic connection with iTunes could it be the TriStar???? Used car charger previously.

I know 4013 can be NAND but that's a last resort.

Thanks
