I heard something about if you hold down ( press ) the home button continuously while restoring the phone it can bypass it.

i do exactly like the video but same error. i think the video must be in english so we can know what the guy do really

we all know error 53 in iphone 6 or 6 + is a finger print. it seems to me just the path of the finger sensor to the unit. last time i try fix, just by replacing the existing flexi lcd behind it managed to overcome the 53 errors. I think try to check the path to the finger sensor. sorry about my english

Hey Guys, My device was working fine up until I decided to do a full restore to JB to 8.4, then I bumped into this. There MUST be a way to by pass the 53 error. The community has bypassed much more difficult tasks in the past. The phone is useable WITHOUT the Touch ID functionality, so there MUST be a way to bypass the 53 error. Now would be a good time to have programs like sn0wbreeze and iFaith etc, that created custom Signed IPSW's
.
I was trying to use Taig tool to restore, but it still fails at the 53 error, with Taig's program. The program is called Taig Pro. Someone with a higher level of skill, can maybe figure something out with Taig's program or maybe tweet them to help us

It does not. I even tried messing around with their other software, and still, nothing.
