I need help of iphone 6 it was not charging before then i rebell u2 ic. It now dfu mode any solution

No rebal, change tristar, perfect cleare. Keep the temperature, do not overheat NAND !!!

you try one more u2 ic if same.
you might be over heat the nand ic.
