Error -1 is your baseband ic that doesnt power up. Could be a bad bga soldering connection of the baseband ic it self to the board. Could be a shortcut by a bad cap or oxidation from water damage. Or could be that the RF power manager that gives power to the baseband is not working.

Error 1 to 25 is hardware.
So Reboll Baseband Ic and reflash

I have this problem to. But I rebol baseband change pm8019 and 338s1251. And give me error 3 or -1. Pls help.
