iPhone 6 Error 40

My iPhone was acting up and it was bootlooping when I try to boot it on. So, I push it into recovery mode and restore it. But when Apple Logo and the Loading Bar appear on the iPhone, iTune popped up Error 40. How can I resolve this? It could be that the Nand Disk has an error, but I took a look at it and replaced it and the problem is still there.
