Iphone 6 Front Camera Not Working

Hey everyone, Looking for some advice on my problem. I have an iphone 6 that all works very well except for the front camera. The rear camera works fine, the light sensor and ear speaker also are working fine. I have tried a couple of known good flexes but still the same issue. What is actually happening is when i go to front camera it blurs out for a second then its like it starts to rotate between the front and rear cameras until i hit the button to go back to the rear camera. I hope that's not to confusing and any help from the gurus (you guys) will be greatly appreciated.

Its difficult to help without history details and what you have done so far to fix your problem.
You tried a couple of good fixes. But What does that mean..
Did you replaced the front camera already? And what els?

Sorry it is known good flexes as in flex cables. So yes have replaced the front camera. I'm certain it's going to be hardware related and I suppose the answer I'm loot for is what ic's, caps etc should I be checking and what would I be looking for?
