Phone work normal and today after factory reset can't activate. SIM Not Valid...but phone is unlocked.

it will not be wrong if i say , most of the japan phones are unlocked in WW service,which result relocks.
So there is no Solution to these phones rather then again unlock in WW service but it will be relock again.
In GSX it shows unlock but actually in network it is locked.

i told you there is only one solution,Make it Factory unlock by carrier.
You can check this section for unlocking services available.

If you unlock it by carrier then it will be permanent but if u unlock it using worldwide service your device will be lock again.
