Iphone 6 no serial number after nand format - GSM-Forum

Hi guys,
I have iphone 6 with error 4014 during restore.
I had to remove Nand and format it, and reprogram its
S/n, bt and wi-fi then reball and install back tocthe phone.

But after restore no s/n, bt or wi-fi addresses.

Kindly assist me if any one had solved the same scenario.

Remove the NAND and write back the data again without Formatting it.

Resolder the Nand and restore it. Should solve the problem.
