iPhone 6 Plus boot loop strange problem !!!!!!

Hi all a customer brought me an iPhone 6 Plus the phone was closed about a month because he bought 7 Plus. Yesterday try to open the phone but all the time boot looping and the screen need replacement because was broken at top corner

I replace the screen with new one I kept the old home button, front camera, and proximity sensor and replace the battery with new one and the same problem I put back the old screen and the battery but nothing the phone keeps looping the pc only recognize it in recovery mode I try another screen and battery but the problem insists

And the most important thing that the customer never made backup to pc or iCloud and I can't restore it because keeps important files in

I there is any way to retrieve bata ??
Or fix the phone

Any suggestions are welcome

Connect it to a power supply, what is the amperage like when it's boot looping? that is how you may troubleshoot this problem.
