my iphone 6 plus was working on 9.31 and i just update a new version and my iphone stopped at error 9

for your problem, I give feedback, that the problem is in memory / nand. nand own store serial number inside. If you replace, make sure the same SN to SN is broken, with a special tool. without it would be impossible.
