Iphone 6 Plus Searching even without sim


Like the title says... It just keeps searching even if I remove the sim, it does not detect the sim being removed either.

check settings, about, modem firmware first .... then reply bro

Modem Firmware is Blank and no IMEI! What's going on? Bad baseband IC??? Reball needed maybe?

No I will try to reheat the baseband ic today. Some say it is the baseband power ic, others say it is the baseband ic itself.

Go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset network settings

u have to open it and rehot cpu and bb so easy
it will be solved
and also need flash

I reflowed bb and cpu no go, gonna do bb power ic also. My heat station blew a few caps, I just fixed it so tomorrow I will do it and keep you guys posted. Although I have not tried flashing... I better do that first.

I reheated everything, phone turned on, still said searching connected to iTunes for restore but now I get iTunes unknown error (-1).

hi,you could avoid to flash u mobile anyway this is base band ic hardware problem which is giving u error 1 so if u can replace base band ic that's good otherwise you will have to go to some hardware shop or u can follow hardware section or you can go to apple care to replace it,often u have this problem because the mobile has fallen down

same problem i have 2 i phone 6 plus when put sim card searching and some time no service after 1 mint restart and blue secreen i rehot pmicrf ic basbend but stil problem is same searching and restart
