Error 4014 (or 4013) is usually associated with a hardware problem

thank you kid ink. it shows up the red screen and then continues restarting in loop mode. i made a video. after digging a bit i saw cases, where after taking the phone to Apple they immediately accepted it and refund a new phone. maybe a hardware bug...

Bro remove the front camera connector and leave the device for a couple of hours without battery after that restore it again 100% working

note: in restoring do not connect the front camera connector

after digging a bit and having another similar case i can say that the rsod error is hardware based and has different causes.
buds_guy thanks for the clue but i already tried that/leaving front camera sensors/touch id/touchscreen (3 connectors except the lcd) time after time but could not restore. maybe your case was that easy. soon, i will start reballing main ICs and maybe i have luck. cheers friends and thank you for your time.
