iPhone 6 stuck in restore after updating. Update fix fails but I want the data - GSM-Forum

I have an iPhone 6 that is stuck with the restore logo, but I want to get the data off the iPhone.

I tried plugging it into iTunes and updating the iPhone, but it fails on the update. I don't want to restore the iPhone because I need the pictures and messages on the phone.

Can anyone help me in my situation?

The best way to get back iPhone 6 data after iOS update is to use iPhone Backup Extractor program. It can scan your iPhone 6 backup file deeply to find the data in it. You can preview them and recover data from your iPhone backup to computer.

Do you really read the post prior replying ?

He has mentioned that the phone is stuck in Restore mode after he encoundered an error while updating.

And i dont think there is any program out there that recovers data from an iphone that is stuck in recover or DFU mode.

As far as i know the phone should boot up properly to get the backup done.

Correct me if i am wrong.
