I have an iPhone 6S plus but there is an icloud there is a way to know the password knowing that it is on version 10.0.2

No. There was a way by EPPB but it is no longer work. If same email assigned inside your can try to reset otherwise contact with apple they will do it for free if you have proof of ownership. Last option is to use paid service which will be unlocked by imei.
