iphone 6s new from box error 4013 .


i have iphone 6s while open and test it for customer the phone was looping .
some times hang on logo for ever and sometime restart and again to apple logo
so i try to restore it many time with same error 4013 .

If it is a genuine new phone. Simply get a replacement from Apple store.

If not in warranty. then you need to check Nand voltages. Most probably Nand needs Reball.

yes it must be the nand or the battery. you should better get a gsx report might be a refurbish ,
