how i can i remove an icloud from an iphone 6s ?

i just bought an iphone 6s but i need to remove the previous user's icloud account from the phone so that i can use app store

i can use the phone for call,msg and etc

but cant use any apps like messenger,whatsapp,viber and etc

how i can i remove the icloud account without jailbreak or without paying

Use only icloud unlocking services which are in this forum. Search in main sales section and you should find any supplier who can do this unlock.

iCloud lock cannot be bypassed by design, it is an anti-theft mechanism. Unless the seller simply forgot to remove it, and has the iCloud password for that phone, you have bought a brick. Apple will not remove it unless you can prove first person ownership of the phone (you would need to have a receipt where you purchased it from them or a carrier).
