iphone 6s short in pp_soc and pp_fixed

the short is in the capacitors C2050 and c2051 in the L2050 line, and C2023, C2025, C2026 in L2020 line, so I remove the capacitors but the short still there and idk what I have to do.

You have removed all capacitors mentioned? Dude, maybe you need to replace them with a new one.

I am not so sure about it. maybe some components on the circuit are malfunctioned. Still, you can try to replace with a new one and then measure with multimeter again. Or you can measure nodes on the circuit one by one.

How many ohms is the short? short is 0~1ohm

Most chances are that the CPU is shorted, it's repairable if you remove the CPU and reball it, 99% chance that every shorts are relieved once you remove the CPU, pp_soc and pp_fixed are CPU shorts, the capacitors are rarely to blame.
