Message 'call ended'

Hello,

When I want to call, 4/10 calls wont work (got the message, after 2 seconds,'call ended')... tried already with another antenna, with another docking port and with another housing. All the rest of this phone works perfect. Also WiFi signal is very good.

Signal (cellulair): between -80 and -110 dbm. 'Call ended' message doesn't seems to depend on the signal. This message comes also When I have -80 dbm.

Don't know the history of this phone.

Any suggestions where I Can start to fix this problem?

Not blocked. Everything clean. Think it's a hardware fault, but don't know where to start.

Thanks for your reply. Restoring software was the First thing I've done... problem Still the same.

After a lot of trying, new additional information: when you try a new call immediatly after the message 'call ended' appears, sometimes it works normal. So with the same signal strength... incoming calls: No problem.
