I purchased the "Full GSX Manual Check" and I'm still unable to determine where is originally locked. I need this to submit iCloud Removal.

Ohh yes, I know this. The phone is unlocked. But to submit iCloud Removal i need to know where the phone is originally from.

Can someone help me with this?

You device is still Bricked.. because GXS doesn't show any LAST unBricked date due to not restoring the device after requesting unlocking...does your devices Belongs to U.S based? If yes inbox me.... and loaner devices belongs to company phones those who purchases them for their employers...
