Why do you ask for a solution? This has been clearly answered and every video of a hardware iCloud fix accept maybe 1 or 2 on the whole internet show exactly how it is done.
Giving you the solution that you ask for

You can buy the chips and a programer to do the 4 4s 5 and 5c

To do 5s 6 6s, im not sure if all the chips are available from china to program yourself and have only seen a dead donner logic board have its chips removed and transplanted.

But again you would only look at doing this if you couldn't repair the logic board as its very difficult and a lot of bloody work.
