2013 iMac 4 digit efi lock


I imagine this is possible? When I tape sensor to lock screen (after pressing alt) it starts blinking after 5 secs on dongle. Need assistance.

STEP 1 - Power on iMac while holding ALT
STEP 2 - Connect sensor to dongle (GND to P0, OUT to P2, 5v to 5v)
STEP 3 - Tape sensor to gray lock screen on iMac
STEP 4 - Plug dongle in usb port


I tried it again and I think its working now.. i will get back if successful.
