how can i activate tis ipad

if i will update to ios 7,0,0 and after that via mfc activate and find user code is ok?

So if you can update to IOS 7 , then you can unlock that by MFC dongle for sure.

u are right "if i can" but is look that is not possible, i try via itunes to update to ios 7.0x and it say that is not the right firmware for my device but im sure 100% that is right
or error 3194

Try Version 7.12 , if you are sure that's 3rd generation

This mean the version of this already stop sign, So can not via this version.

As i remember there is some software named odysseus, maybe can help you , but this also required the shsh backup file. if this device jailbreak before , maybe can download the shsh file from cydia.
