ipr function for recovering my sisters phone - GSM-Forum

hey, my cousin has an iphone 7 with ios 11 which she gave to my mum. problem is we dont know the passcode or icloud details and my cousin cant remember either. will the ipr function work to overcome this and be able to use the phone?

You can read password iCloud, but you can have access to home screen and settings.
Screen lock password MFC Software does not read.

how about if i reore my phone. will it read then?
