Can't use the read or write settings ?

Please check:
  • MFC dongle is correctly connected to computer. On some computers you need to use the USB to USB adaptor in order for Windows to detect the dongle correctly.
  • MFC dongle drivers are correctly installed (check again the first section and uninstall the software if needed)

About automatically increase / adjustment your device brightness

About automatically increase / adjustment your device brightness

Some device the Display /brightness very Lower, This will casing even your device unlocked, but dongle LED still not get fast blinking mode. So you may miss the corrected code when you unlock.

About iPhone we can using iOS 7.1.2 auto v2.3 to auto adjust the brightness. But some device like iPad maybe with out SIM slot, so the problem when we unlock , we can not Go to Emergency call screen. Here is The method was like this:

A. Using iOS 7.1.2 auto v2.3 update your dongle at first
B. Connect your dongle (without sensor) to your device to increase the brightness
C. Using iOS 7.1.2 auto v2.2 update your dongle
D. Now back to unlock

About MFC Dongle unlock code /LED /Sensor etc

When you can get correct unlock code ?
  • Once unlock process is done, Phone will go to home screen, and MFC Dongle 2 LEDs will be activating in fast blinks mode.

E.g. 0115 is the latest code you read via software. If the sensor did not stopped the process in time then the real code might be before that so you need to try 0114 0113 ... You can also use MFC dongle and setting the start value from 0115 (and click the descending order checkbox) and you will find the code maybe faster than trying yourself.

Light sensor right position on device screen and must be overcurtain

Here have some video please check:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WrEzD4DF7ps

Quote:
The MFC dongle tries codes one by one. When it detects change in light sensor will memorize the code so if the light sensor is not properly connected 2 cases might happen:
1. it might stop the unlock process before finding the correc code (usually if the external light influences the light sensor).
2. it might not stop the process until the user takes out the sensor or changes the screen. (usually if it's not properly connected - between icons). Usually this happens if the screen brightness is very low (Use V.23 will auto adjustment).

LED blinks/activates when:
  • Blinking per few second when a code is sent to phone (while MFC is connected to phone);
  • Fast blinking when the unlock process is done (while MFC is connected to phone);
  • Stay ON completely when you connect to computer and the CAPS lock key is ON in the computer (while MFC is connected to computer)

About the sensor testing ?

To see if the sensor is working just press sensor checkbox On the MFC Software and watch if the sensor values change. If you put the sensor in dark/black & White place ( for example holding in your hand (Or Phone Lock Screen dark area), the value must be lower or 0 and if you put the sensor direct towards a powerful light (White screen or Emergency screen)the value must be higher 100 to 500. This is how you can test the sensor easily.

Where to put the sensor ?
  • Old sensor detected value is 0 (10k ohm Chip resistor, marked 1001)
  • New sensor detected value is 20 (20k ohm Chip resistor marked 2001) - To work more stable , We recommend All the Users change to this new sensor

unlock IOS8.x passcode by MFC

About IOS8.x passcode unlock ?

  • iOS 8.0 、 8.0.1 8.0.2 8.1 support by Version 1.1.6.

How is work for this new version:
  1. Open device and disconnect the battery and input related iPower VCC connector to the battery socket, then connect phone battery to the iPower VCC connector.
  2. Connect external power to iPower adaptor. (can be max 5V2A good quality charger, minimum 1A power. you can also use 4v from a good power supply). We have tested using 5v while unlocking iPhone 4s and iPhone 5. but if you have a bad quality charger that will supply more than 5v we recommend you to use an 4v external power.
  3. Connect the light sensor to iPower adaptor white socket and put on the Phone (usually at a corner of the phone screen where no messages are displayed during boot procedure. Also avoid the middle of the screen as it will display the light increase icon and this can stop the unlocking prematurely).
  4. Connect the USB 3 in 1 charging USB cable to iPower adaptor USB slot
  5. Connect the USB 3 in 1 charging USB cable related connector to phone
  6. Programm the MFC with the appropriate code settings (Delay time is not relevant for this update as the timing is already automatic)
  7. Insert MFC Dongle into the iPower Adaptor.
  8. Insert micro usb cable charger to iPower adaptor(can be max 5V 2A good quality charger), Now the MFC LEDs will start blinking and the phone will power up automaticlly, Then connect MFC Dongle to 3 in 1 USB cable OTG port. Please do not connect MFC Dongle before any above steps as the unlocking process might not start correctly.

Upgrading to new Versions:
  • We encourage all customers to upgrade to this latest version 1.1.6. The downloaded version of the software is available now, You can using the MFCDL Tools V2.0 to upgrading to latest version. Here you can Download SN Reader.

About iOS 8.0.x - 8.1 Auto Mode V1

What we needed?
  • MFC Dongle
  • iPower Adaptor
  • 3 in 1 OTG Charging USB Cable
This update will try one code after each phone will restart. The restart is performed automatically using the iPower adaptor by MFC Box Team. Please read full details from instruction and check support forum before you do unlock your device.

The reboot time depends on the phone (newer models reboot faster). Usually is about 40 seconds(E.g.iPhone 5). Maximum time is 4.6 days in this way from 0 to 9999(111 hours).

In case your phone displays Phone disabled 15 minutes remaining, you will have to wait at least 15 minutes before starting to unlock. Codes sent to the phone during this time will always be invalid even if the code is correct.

If phone displays 23 million minutes remaining it means the phone has lost correct time setting after taken out the battery. You can insert an active simcard into the phone to get the correct time and date then revert back to the normal 1,2,15,60 minutes waiting message etc. In our test we were able to use MFC even without simcard as the phone will revert back to the normal waiting time after the first reboot.

To input the Sim only allow the active sim, and the sim not active internet function. Due if you input the SIM if with internet function activatied this maybe case Phone erasing. (which happened the phone active erase by icloud.)

But you need to take into consideration the fact that if the phone displays wait for 60 minutes then have to wait 60 minutes until you can really start to unlock procedure.

Once the code is found the phone will be automatically powered off and MFC Dongle stop sending codes. We had to do this to prevent phone going to permanently Disabled mode if the code found is not correct one. To be sure we got the right code you can unplug MFC Dongle from iPower adaptor (read the code using the computer if you wish) and plug back again into iPower adaptor to checking. If this time MFC Dongle stops again then you can be sure the code is the correct one. ATTENTION ! Do not move the light sensor from the previous position. Also it is reccomended to use tape to tape the sensor to phone. Because phone vibrates after every code, the sensor position can change and the unlocking might get fail.

Well, it seems complicated but actually it's the best and safe solution for this moment ! so we are recommend you doing some testing on working phone before you try to unlock the customer's device !

iOS 8.0-8.1 Auto Mode V2

NEW ! V2 Auto Mode contains some improvements over V1:

You can use delay to setup the time to wait until the first code is sent to the phone. for this update the delay must be input as seconds not miliseconds. So please input 16 for 16 seconds, not 16000 like for previous updates, this is required because the previous updates did not required delays greather than 60 seconds (60000).

In the case of iOS 8 is possible you might have to wait first the phone to aquire signal in order to get the correct Time/Date from network and exit the phone disabled mode. or just wait for the Phone disabled (x minutes) until you can try the first code. While phone displays Phone Disabled message any code MFC dongle might try is lost because it will not work even if it is the correct code.

About Alphabet function :

0123456789 is default meaning all digits will be used.

E.G.

Only want to try digits 6,7,8,9 , then put here FFFFFFF6789

If 0F23456789, then means 1 will not be tried in all codes. (Update On server 2015-4-20)

About Unlock Code for IOS8 V2 :

Every time phone reboot will be show the input code on phone screen.

And once phone unlocked, Phone will be shut down first, then auto reboot , the same time will be input same code to double confirm the last code is correct, and phone screen will be keeping like this image until you do next operation.

E.G. The 1234 is the unlock code.
