primarily a greeting and ask please be patient to read my comment and you. It is in charge of this tool, to tell that here in lei forum multiple users of this tool that they had been lost not only one if several dongles personally I buy this tool safe despite warnings that time I did not serve reason and took two bad dongles connected to any pc and came to naught in the same procedure as they tried out the code in my experience work release cases I think the problem lies in the dongle some electronic components such as in the USB drives that connect them have the same problem I would ask you please. on behalf of all who have this problem that manufacturers of this dongle is directed to review the physical part replacing some components and thus be able to find the solution will be eternally grateful for your support for the breakouts we know this tool is good but it has some flaws in his hand Physical thanks for your patience and I hope your answer thanks again from Peru and Bolivia

i don't understand your english as well, but as i guess, just guess. You talking about your dongle have some detection issue. if yes. post some picture or video or logs then we can check for you ! thanks
